David Jorgensen provides clients with substantial experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the nation. As a former associate in the Chicago office of one of the most preeminent global law firms, he has experience representing companies large and small, as well as individuals, in business tort and business contract litigation, civil RICO, securities litigation, false claims act/qui tam litigation, class actions, insurance disputes and international commercial arbitrations. He also has experience in white collar defense and corporate investigations.

David has extensive in-court experience, successfully arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions and examining witnesses at trial. He has also handled successful summary judgment briefing and appeals. Throughout his career, David has maintained an active pro bono practice, representing both individuals and non-profit organizations in civil litigation.
