Eileen McChesney Kelly - Retired
Eileen Kelly spent eight years as a mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate lawyer with the global law firm Baker & McKenzie. She worked on a wide range of business transactions for both large and midsized corporations and advised on securities law compliance matters for exchange-traded companies.
