Katherine Garceau Sobiech provides clients with experience in complex and multi-district litigation, as well as regulatory issues. Prior to joining Harrison Law, Katherine represented clients in several products liability actions involving medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and consumer products. Katherine also represented clients in shareholder derivative suits, contract disputes, and governmental investigations. In addition, Katherine has advised clients regarding potential regulatory and litigation risks in corporate deals. As a law student, Katherine served as an extern to the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin where she gained valuable insight to the judicial process and courtroom advocacy.
Katherine’s pro bono practice has included representing clients in divorce matters for victims of domestic violence, pro bono criminal defense, asylum, and civil rights matters.
